Certificates of completion are generally processed within 3 business days of your completion, unless you ordered our Same Day Processing upgrade. How much can I expect to pay for GetDefensive.com’s online defensive driving course, and does this price include the shipping cost of the Texas certificate of completion?
The costs may vary by format for GetDefensive.com’s Texas internet defensive driving classes.  The cost may be slightly more if you choose the defensive driving DVD or the defensive driving streaming video.  For the internet defensive driving class, the price is the minimum allowed cost under State law, and this includes the shipping of the Texas completion certificate that will be sent via regular US mail.

There are two (2) types of online defensive driving classes available - one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for insurance premium reduction.  You are allowed to take the internet defensive driving course on any computer with online access, and you may to start and stop as often as you would like, and pick up from wherever you left off.  The online defensive driving program is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will be given a short, multiple-choice quiz which will assist you in preparing you for the final exam. Once you satisfactorily complete the final exam, GetDefensive.com will issue you a completion certificate which will be sent to you via the shipping method that you choose at the time of registration.

Is there any assurance that I will obtain an auto insurance premium reduction when I successfully finish GetDefensive.com’s Texas defensive driving internet class?
It is probable, but not guaranteed.  Although we do recommend that you check with your local auto insurance agent before taking the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online program.  It is helpful to know that many auto insurance carriers offer discounts| of up to 10% to policyholders who successfully take the GetDefensive.com defensive driving course.   Also, customers who get through our online defensive driving class for ticket dismissal get two (2) copies of his or her completion certificate--one to present to the court and one to present to his or her auto insurance agent.
I have a busy schedule, and may need to finish the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving internet class from two different computers. Is this possible?
Yes!  You can take the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online class from more than one (1) computer if you need to, but you will have to becertain that each computer has the flash and browser features that are needed. GetDefensive.com will run a brief scan on any computer that you log into for the initial time to make sure that it has the required software installed.
